Fairly simple process. They could do with less sales during the application process and just try to do it all upfront. That is my only complaint with the whole process.
They got our visa in record time. We are very happy with the quick response and how easy it was to apply.
Forms easy to fill out. Visa quite expensive. Had a hard time with our pictures but that was fixed easily. Took days to get visa but we’re not in a hurry anyway.

It was easy to make the application for a visa but what I wanted was an ETA not a visa. I thought I chose the pathway for an ETA but it kept leading me to a full visa. I feel I have ended up paying for something I didn’t need or want.
The mechanism to enter information is great, but the information if you need a visa or other is unclear. We are visiting for a short time via cruise, then a few days land and on to another cruise. For 2 we paid $27.24 government fees + $134.99 for IVISA Plus Family subscription for 1 year. It was hard to figure out what I needed based on the short visit. New Zealand just required a visitor type pass
This is hard to download the photos. Please, use the passport photo for Visa also.
I needed my visa quickly and so I contacted the help centre and got my application like 10 minutes later. The what’s app help centre is very straightforward and easy to use.

IVisa application procedure is simple, fast, accurate, easy going. The application form is easy to complete. For example, first my wife took a picture of me and posted it in the application form. However, the picture did not meet the requirements. So IVisa officials reach me out and ask me to resend the picture by provide a selfie picture taken requirements, such as where you put your head, where put your chin and where put your shoulder. By following the requirements, I got the picture right that helped me got my IVisa less than 48 hours. Thank you everyone in IVisa.

Very, very frustrating to obtain visa to Australia this year, due to unacceptable solo photos, not passport. This was not the intention or fault from iVisa as they worked diligently and timely with me.
The explanation needs to be more concise and clear related to the document needs to be submitted. Missing document itself is not adequate and ends up submitting repeatedly the same item ?
The application process was simple. It would be terrific if the Visa could be uploaded to an Apple iPhone Digi Wallet to facilitate quick access when needed.
A couple of hiccups while making Visa application but with the help of the IVisa team the matter was soon resolved.

I forgot to apply visa at the time when I booked ticket to Australia on 1/1/24 3 weeks ago, 30/12/23 I then found everything are ready except visa and I immediately apply the visa at about 8pm and I receive the visa by about 10pm that night so I found trustpilot is very helpful for me

I am dyslexic, and tech illiterate, reading can be difficult, I had less then a week to get this done, the last 3 days I had to call my travel agent to help. take photos of my passport and myself 3 times. that took patience on all sides to get it done. it arrived completed 6 minutes prior to boarding phew
This is my second time iVisa. I like the simplicity of completing the on-line application that is organized in sections. Uploading photos and documents are easy too! The waiting time for a Visa usually takes 24 hours and communication every step of the way is great!
Very to easy to apply but the fee to high, the visa price cheap the fee too high, I have notice about copy of personal picture and passport you should put that information in the beginning of the application to be easer for people when they apply they can prepare that before fill the form..

Please show the specific examples of how you pictures and passport pictures should look like right from the beginning. That short video was not that helpful. The pictures with green check makes or red cross outs was very helpful but I did not get it until after failing numerous times sending in photos. The young lady who finally starting email me was a great help.
Fast and easy to fill out forms but it lacks clarity when it came to attaching the pictures to the form. I appreciated the quick response when the pictures were unacceptable but not how to get to it all, they looked ok on my iPad but not to you, extremely frustrating for a challenged person
Simple to follow. The only trouble we came across was downloading pictures (PDF files). They were not accepted. We had to resort to sending them by email
I applied in another agency and charged me so much money and extensive questions were asked. Having answered them all the agency still keeps asking to finish my application which I did, I knew then that It was a scam.
Getting the photos right took a couple of tries, but the site was helpful.
Be really careful when taking your picture. There can be NO shadows or the picture will be rejected.
It was pretty seamless with relatively quick response. A little disappointed that immigration doesn't want you to smile in your photo.
I disliked the chat - took 90 minutes to get someone. Once I did they were very helpful. Also, I was asked for more, very detailed information after I submitted my application but there was no where to insert it and no instructions. That’s why I finally went on chat and they told me I needed to submit the info but not how to do it. I finally just submitted all the information through the chat which didn’t feel right. When I still didn’t hear anything I emailed and got an immediate reply indicating that my application was still being reviewed by the Australian government. But the next day my visa was approved! The process took 6 weeks and my travel partner had theirs completed in 24 hours.

My husband and I lives alone , both seniors and not so good on computer . I was able to do the applications .I had difficulty taking my pictures since am a senior , luckily my son came to visit us and help us .
Ivisa reported a fast visa approval from New Zealand. All documents were accepted without any problems. However, the visa requirements from the Australian visa was a totally different experience when I had to resend new pictures of our passports about three times and my wife's photos, twice. It was less than one week before we finally got the approval. Ivisa staff's contact during this stressful period was very helpful. I just hoped that the Australian visa requirement was as easy as New Zealand's .
Took several tries to get photos just right. They wanted shoulders more visible than a passport photo normally has. Otherwise, the process was easy to complete.

The whole process was very straight forward. Easy to understand. I had it done in 20 mins. I was informed that our forms were being processed and that our visas were ready within 24 hrs of applying.

I think the most helpful way to help people to have the application procedure going smooth is to create one or two youtube videos so everyone can follow.
