iVisa was so easy to use and made the application process clear. The ability to connect to my phone and take/upload photos simplified things for the not so tech savvy like myself.
Couldn't have been easier, well worth the modest fee. So much simpler than going thru each of the countries governmental websites.
Didn't know I needed a visa to enter Australia. I took a chance and I applied two hours before my flight departure. Paid the rush fee. It said within 6 hours but I was able to get the visa approval an hour before departure time. They held the flight and I ran for the gate and made it.
The cost was a tad shocking but I needed an expedited Visa because of poor planning in my part and the process took about 90 minutes start to finish. Saved my A _ _ !!!

A bit frustrating since we had to submit four separate rounds of photos, but they let us know promptly of the rejection. And although their criteria for photos are vague and they never tell you why yours failed, we completed the process within 3 days. All's well that ends well.

Fast & Reliable Service, good communication, and easy to use with reasonable prices.
I managed to fill in the form and to enclose the photo of the passports and I am not a super woman on it.
The process to get the Visa took over 6 weeks and could have been expedited if all questions were asked up front instead of question by question and request for further information sent by email ... this took a long time and thankfully we were not in a hurry to get the Visa (8 months in advance).
The service responded quickly and helped us get ETA photos that would pass Government review.
At the end of the day to be honest is getting the visa done ..and how's is dine through the support of the team..dedicated and helpful staff ..always ready to inform what's more needed ..what's is going on with process...I was always on my toes Thanks Ivisa...and I got it
I had failed to get proper photos of myself and my passport. This company was very patient with me as I tried to remedy the problem. They were with me every step and I was able to get things in good order, and got my visa with time to spare. I would not hesitate for a moment to have these folks handle anyone’s visa.

Prompt response to documents being received. Only thing I can suggest is giving a heads up to users what documents will be needed to copy. I knew that I needed my passports phots and a head shot. If someone wasn’t ready the experience is a shock and delayed.
It was pretty easy, the only problem I had was loading the pictures. Lots of parameters. Took a while for all the pictures to be accepted. Can’t be too dark, too light, you can’t smile ( couldn’t find many of those) but the information was helpful.

This was a challenge for senior people as the photo was repeatedly not accepted, and my wife's passport image was not accepted. She wanted to cancel our trip as the experience was so frustrating. In the end it worked out ok. It's just that senior folks are not so tech savvy.
It was all good just had trouble with the photo of passport, got there in the end.

The first application was painful but once you know how you need to fill the form, it is pretty simple.

I do not understand why the application process was done in two phases . The opening phase was quick up to the payment process. But then unexpectedly, a second more detailed range of questions and file drops had to be completed. Why can't this operation be completed all as one??

Very easy to except for uploading pictures - I had a wee bit of trouble (not very techy). Also, it was very speedy - I didn't expect it to be virtually overnight.
It took a while to figure out what they needed, but once I understood, it was easy an quick to do.

Well my granddaughter did most of the work as she is young. I feel I would have had more stress getting everything done. Biggest problem was the horrendous amount of retakes for passport photo. I really feel your edits might have had a glitch. Once I complained was done in 5 minutes. Quick completion once sent in. Thanks
