Paying in advance before even completing the application. My scanning of passports were not accepted for 2 days, either in color or black and white. In the meantime the money had come out of my account. On the 3rd day of trying it accepted the same scanned documents which were rejected 3 days earlier.
What madenit good - not great - was the speed with which it was done.
This was my first time applying for a visa. Your process was pretty simple and easy to use. Had a little trouble getting my picture correct but otherwise easy enough.

I found late that I need a visa for Australia. I am very happy that I received my electronic visa in four days. There was only one issue. I had to take my photos twice. The requirements for the documents you need to submit should be explained at the beginning. It made me worried due to the short time I had. Anyway, if worked at the end. Thank you!

Even though I had a problem with the picture, my visa went through very smoothly and fast. When we first looked at the application process we were sure we would have to pay for someone else to do the filling out the form, but once we downloaded the application form we found that we could do it ourselves.
The system was easy and clear to follow in filling in my application for the visa, it also as a support team at hand if there are any problems.
I truly appreciate it. The fabulous communication from the team. I certainly had some problems getting my pictures onto the site, but the team was very diligent about recommendations, and did not let me fall between the cracks.

The application form was very clear and easy to complete until I had to download documents. I do not have a scanner or the technical no how of how to do it. So after a few panicky minutes I had to ask a neighbour to help. This still took an hour of his time due to differences in computer software etc. I did like the fact that I could apply for both my husbands and my own on the same application. I know that I will have the same difficulty when I next apply.
Customer support inquiry was provided in a timely manner. Uploading documents was a bit problematic but I was able to resolve the issue

I was unaware of the new ETA requirements to travel to Australia for US Citizen. I was at the airport, 3 hours before my flight, before I was informed I needed the ETA. Went to the IVISA AP., sent in my order for a rushed ETA, and had it back within 1 hour!!! Absolutely amazing

I tried to do a visapass on a web page and it was very frustrating Someone told me to down load the app moi and do it on my phone I had a little miss understanding of the father and grandfathers slots but kept going I got my jordan pass and paid for in 5 min It is printed and now I do look forward to seeing your country

Wasn’t all that great figuring out why my photo was not good and then three times passport had to be resent. I don’t have a new $1000 high resolution camera lens I -.phone . But abigvrekief that it’s done and in record time. Now I have to get my wife’s Visa!

IVisa streamlined the visa application experience and made sure that all documents were acceptable.
Can’t say the experience was too great. Took 5 days to get our Visas due to having to constantly re-send pictures. Also we found that our daughter got an Australian & New Zealand Visa through a different website for a lot less money and it took her only 1/2 hour to receive her Visas. In this day & age the cost of many products is an important item to consider.

Taking an accepted picture of the passport ID page took a few tries. It was not clear to me that the ID page and the signature page had to be 2 separate pictures.
The app was easy to use, although the photo submission with a white background and NOT a selfie was time consuming. I did not like the fact that there was a fee of $185 dollars for a $20 visa. Being that a visa is now required, it was my only option for my two night stop in Sydney. I'll just have to chalk it up to travel isn't what it used to be.

Keeps asking to submit passport scan. Have tried several times and keeps sending message that document doesn't fulfill government requirements. Payment was already debited in full before application was even processed
