I researched several sites and the cost. iVisa was the most friendly, easy to use and reasonable cost.

Fairy easy to use. My wife had to do self picture & passport a couple of times. Did get email asking me to complete document after I already had the completed document. Having trouble doing another Visa for New Zealand. Regent Cruise Line says we already paid for the Visa but when I go through you, it’s asking me to pay for Visa again.
The process to apply for the visa was good. I did it from the airport. I got the info that I would get an approval within 16 hours. I was leaving from Stockholm to Bangkok and then Sydney so I figured it would be just about enough time. I tried to contact Customer service by email and Chat but didnt get answer to my specific questions. (This was a Friday, Sep 15th). I got a confirmation that my visa was approved only on Wednesday, Sep 20th. By that time, I was already in Australia since Saturday, Sep 16th. Luckily, I stayed by the check in desk and the clerk told me she could see the visa had arrived only a few minutes after my application. had I walked away, I would had missed my flight since it took 5 days to get the approval.
The process was fairly easy. I was pleased at how quickly my visa was issued.

Our trip to see family in Australia is highly important due to previous Covid restrictions. I highly suggest iVisa is very professional and gave me the proper examples to correct my impatience. I would recommend, but I wasn't very happy. Back and forth emails. telling me my application is not complete, and that I didn't pay????? I actually still had visa, but since I changed my passport with a new number, I had to get another visa. very costly.

As an elderly traveller I found this site easy to comprehend applying for a visitors visa.
Good but additional information needs to be qualified. Dual nationality citizens should be told very simply that both passports need scanning. As an elderly disabled person appreciated that a real person was able to help when asked.

Being kept informed about the visa processing which was rapid and effective although the request for a bank statement was not required - in my opinion. Having requested visas for other countries for stay of over 3 weeks, I have never been requested to provide a bank statement.
