Be able to accept attachments in multiple formats. Asked for a scan of my passport and when I sent a picture of it was asked to send in jpeg or pdf format. Not very tec savvy.

The visa got approved in 4 hours. What is best from this side is it has a lean operation. It will ask users for minimal information which will be repetitive in many immigration visa website. These information entry can be less than 2 minutes and approval from authority or immigration or border control of the country in less than normal rout, which may due trust level. Completing the application form was easy. Basic information provided and requested. The factor that did not make sense to me is that since i said I was applying from Canada and that I was going to Australia, why was I charged in US dollars rather than Canadian or Australian money?

It was just impossible to get it done! It took me so much extra time. It is just not working! So I had to contact the support, but there were no answer, the time I was there. Then I tried again in the evening, had to contact support again, and then your answer was, that I had to write my husband was not married, and also that he was retired, although he is self-emlpoyed and still work. Then you said, you could change it afterwords. Not a good experience, really bad experience.

This visa is not good for Dutch citizens, was denied to board the plane, yet was charged $70.00. Any chance to get this money back?

Why do you have this kind of useless bureaucracy for everybody, also for travelers from countries where people are normally trouble free? I understand visa requirement for nationalities who often cause problems. But for everybody... Why? You could have a look how for example Malaysia does this and try to learn of it.

Before we tried iVisa we had a really time-wasting and frustrating fiasco with another organisation doing the same Aussie-ET service. That website misbehaved and their help desk were useless. So it was good we found iVisa.com because the whole exercise was smooth and carefree. A bit of a nuisance that my wife (German, while I am British) had to apply separately and pay a lot more... is this a Brexit thing?!?!?!? But she got hers too and that process was equally fast and efficient.
