Chat is slow to the point of being useless. Unable to send a review due to a flawed, impossible to see "Capcha" process. And this is the SECOND time I have had to apply and pay for this Australian Visa. Will I ever receive a refund? I highly doubt it.

Despite being invited to add person #2 to my application, it did not work and necessitated my having to close that page and start again after having fill in ALL the details of both applicants! Secondly, the help button person asked questions, but their only suggestion was to refresh the page and lose the information, which of course is what i had to do. I think the layout might be part of the problem. But ...

We were in a rush and we had to go to the government website that approved our ETA in 5 minutes. so I had to double pay because your 1 hours or less was not fast enough for our situation. your cost is more than double the AU government site and look an hour compared to 5 minutes. Would not recommend and will continue to make reviews to warn other travelers.

Couldn't be better! Seriously, I had to be in Australia at very short notice and with less than 24hrs until take-off I realised I didn't have a visa.... Never having flown 'long-haul' before and considering the time was 0100-ish I was suddenly in a bit of a situation as I had no idea how to obtain a visa at short notice, and anyway, everywhere would be closed. Enter iVisa. I was given their name by a friend who travels a lot, one quick form filling session, et viola, inside an hour or so my passport had an electronic visa. Phew.......... I printed off a 'hard' copy from the confirmatory email but was never asked for it. 10/10
