I applied for an ETA on March 31 and sent in my photo and a photo of my Passport Personal details. It was delayed because the site stated that the Passport personal details had not been completed. I resent the Passport Personal details and the site still stated that the Passport personal details had not been completed. I talked on Chat with Jesse who told me that the process had been escalated. On checking the next day, the site still said the Passport personal details had not been completed. I talked on Chat to Hannah who investigated and gave me the first accurate piece of feedback which was there was glare on the photo. I resent the Details and was informed by Antonella that it had been accepted. Thank you, Hannah and Antonella! If the accurate feedback concerning the glare had been given immediately it would not have been delayed 4 days.
I had had utterly no luck with applying via the Australian site and so I went to iVisa. Easy to do and couldn't believe how fast it was. Truly great, easy service and will definitely use again when needed and recommend to all.

I wasn't aware I even needed a Visa to enter Australia. I did the DPD in advance but was surprised at the airport to learn the Visa was another process. I had to reschedule my trip out two days and miss many meetings. The next day I had no word on the status of my ETA through the official app and started to panic. I found iVisa through Google and was able to get this processed within the 4h as advertised, even though it is the middle of the night in Australia. I wish I had seen this yesterday, maybe I could have used the 30m option and made my original plans.

There is something hide in your website. I selected, initially 24 hour service (US 55), because my flight ✈️ will be in three days. After the requested paperwork, at payment time, it was impossible to select that service, (inactive window) and I was enforced to select the more expensive option or above, (US 30.00 or more). This is a real RUDE BUSINESS PRACTICE. AVillota

Most of this process was easy. However, a paragraph listing what is required for this should be BEFORE starting the application. I had to pause my and my husband's applications in order to get pictures taken and downloaded. Once that was done, the rest went quickly.

We had a great deal of difficulty with the photo. Apparently, the issue was with the government site but you did not tell us that. You rejected picture after picture, because it was blurred or pixilated or had glare. We tried over and over and it wasn't until we had tried multiple times that you informed us that the real problem was with the government site. We wasted hours and came close to cancelling our trip

The application form is very easy to understand and fill out. The second part where they come back with an email saying ‘you’re not done yet’ requires a ‘scanned’ copy of your passport page. I scanned the page with a scanner and uploaded it to the application, but it was flawed. The next morning I got a follow up email requesting a clear copy of the passport page. They were very nice about it. There was also a quick video link on how to best ‘scan’ your passport page which was to lay your passport open on a flat dark surface and take a picture with your smartphone. That took about 30 seconds and it was accepted and approved within an hour. Simple is better. Just take a picture.

The website portal gave errors but were resolved. The picture scanning process was a bit cumbersome. But otherwise prompt response and Resolution of issues to procure the E visas.
Australia VISA office is not accepting on-line applications at this time. iVisa is the most reasonably priced service. Applied one day, received the Visa’s the next. Easy to apply for multiple Visa’s in one application. Thanks
DO NOT USE SERVICE! DECEIVING! THEY SUBMITTED MY APPLICATION WITHOUT ME SUBMITTING IT MYSELF! IT'S LIKE THEY ARE WATCHING YOU.THIS IS VERY DECEIVING AND WEIRD HOW THEY SEND YOU AN EMAIL TO CONTINUE YOUR APPLICATION WHEN YOU HAVEN'T SUBMITTED AN APPLICATION AND THEY TRICK YOU INTO PUTTING YOUR CARD INFORMATION RIGHT AWAY SO THEY CAN CHARGED YOU RIGHT AWAY WHILE YOU STILL FINISH YOUR APPLICATION. THEN WHEN YOU HAVEN'T EVEN COMPLETED AND SUBMITTED THE APPLICATION SINCE THEY HAVE YOUR CARD INFO, THEY ALREADY CHARGED YOU AND THEY PROCESSED EVEN IF I HAVEN'T SUBMITTED THE COMPLETE APPLICATION!!!!!! I REQUESTED FOR A REFUND! I HOPE AT LEAST THEY CAN FIX THIS ISSUE!
Haven't received my travel doc yet, but the process was certainly easy. Love the system/layout/speed.
Excellent service - my only comment to improve the service would be to give a list of the documents you require before starting the application. One thing I have to say is that their response to enquiries is second to none and to me that is a sign of excellent customer service.

The service from iVisa is 5 stars but do not get AUSTRALIAN passport photos from here. I got this email from the consulate after I drove to Los Angeles to apply for passports for my kids: "Unfortunately I have checked the photos and you will be required to mail new photographs. Could you please have a new passport photo taken. You can find information on passport photo guidelines and recommended locations to visit by clicking here"
The application was easy to fill out. Make sure to google for a coupon code. I won't know how great this was until the document applied for is received.

The info said this would take 2 days to process and it took 1 day. That's good, yes, but I am cynical enough to go away feeling it would have been processed in the 2 day gap I had without paying extra for a rushed service. So I feel ripped off. Great service to get a passport photo in non standard (US) size . Needed for an Australian passport renewal in the US. Have not received yet . Easy to follow online process .
In all honesty I don’t think I could be anymore disappointed with my experience. I applied for a temporary visa in a country which currently requires travel exemptions. In order for me to obtain a travel exemption I needed a reference number for the visa application. I tried to obtain this from iVisa twice and no one was able to provide me one. I ended up getting another visa directly through the government and paying AGAIN so I had a reference number to provide. Terrible service and complete lack of communication. I’m now out of pocket and iVisa seem to have little to no awareness of current procedures relating to COVID restrictions.
