The transit declaration is pointless you can download the DPD app and do it yourself for free and it processes instantly instead of paying $60 for it to get done in 24 hours

Except for the first reply to my email where your agent only said my application was cancelled, not explaining why, when it was cancelled, and what happened to my payment and what my options were. The agents after were very informative and provided great customer service. The first agent who helped me may need more training.

I believe I have been scammed through this site. I cannot get ahold of anybody to help and I have more money withdrawn from my account than I should have. When I got to the airport I had no visa showing so the visa application I had approved through this is not valid.

There’s too much info on your website. It needs to be simplified and be made easy to follow. Have clear steps or links to click on to apply either for Declaration and Visa. I found website very overwhelming and confusing.

While your service after I contacted the help section was excellent, I spent many frustrating hours trying to send my photo at the end which kept getting rejected with the same automated message.Sending the link to an automated message to help doesn’t help as the problem is with the automated message. In the end I needed an agent to finish processing my application.
So far it tells me I can download my Australian Visa but it’s not working!!

My experience was fine with the exception I was expecting to be able to do the transaction without a payment as I had done numerous times before. So at the end of the application I came to a payment request which I ignored on 2 occasions. It appears that the system has changed since I travelled. However I had to go with the charge and from there everything was processed very well within the time frame that was guaranteed. Very satisfied thankyou.

I have cancelled my request for visa services. Your site was not able to upload the many photos I provided and your team did not process my visa request timely. You do not have any telephonic services or methods to support your customers outside of chat or email. This was a poor service and I have requested my money be completely refunded to my Visa.
