The App is not work as advertize for the iPone. You Scan app supposedly can read the chip on my passport. Instead I have to type in all the information, and use your scan app to take phot of my document. I need to go through several iterations to get the glare out. Finally I figured out I need not to use the flash in your app. The human interface is much needed to be improved. The charge fee is too high on top of the Government charge. It is out of proportion
It took me a while to complete my application. As soon as I used the IVISA form, it is user friendly except the taking or scanning acceptable picture. I tried a couple of times, still unsuccessful.
I had been having trouble with the ETA web site to get a business visa issued. There were no responses from the ETA web site when I asked for help. I searched the web again for a new agency to help me and came across iVisa.com. I provided all relevant information and even had help from their Customer Service (Antonella) all in the same day. The application moved very quickly and I was approved. I will use iVisa for all other international travel from now on,....great service.

I was skeptical at first but I tried anyway. I got my ETA Visa for Australia in 16 minutes through the super rush (1 hr) application ($120). I verified the grant number and details on the Australian Immigration website and it's real! So definitely 5/5 as I was panicking with my official eVisitor application which has been in process for the past 7 days with no updates and my flight is in less than 5 days.

Worst experience - Terrible customer service / responses from iVisa. Do not use iVisa, particularly if you are needing Australian passport photos as they will not be accepted by the Embassy. Use Passportphotonow.com instead.
Although the communication was up to date and people emailed me back within an hour. I paid 90US dollars for the visa to be ready in 24 hours. It took 53 hours which put me in a very stressful state. The emails that came back said it was approximately 24 hours and when the visa was with the Australian embassy they could not do anything. I totally appreciate that but the marketing strategy is to get it to you in 24hours which this company did not deliver on!

The iVisa service worked fine, although there were a few differences between the instructions on the Ministry website and how iVisa actually worked, which was easier. For instance, it used the picture from the passport rather than requiring a new photo, and the scan was easier than described. It was also a little difficult to decide which of the 17 types of visas was required for a simple tourist visa.

I have used iVisa a few times to get Visas for several countries. I find the iVisa website easy to navigate and user friendly. Most recently I applied for an ETA to Australia. I had an issue scanning my passport and reached out by email to iVisa customer support. I received a response in minutes. I appreciated getting a response from a real person and not a "bot". Their clarification of what I was doing incorrectly helped me and I quickly completed the application. I highly recommend this site!

Fast effective app. Secure scan of documents was fast and accurate the first time. Got my answer back with the hour I applied.
The overall experience was good but uploading photos of my documents had to be done so many times. Otherwise, the processing time was very fast.
