Don’t trust iVisa! Travel visa to Australia for less then 3 months cost Max 20$. They charged me 117$!! I didn’t know. My bad. They are using people who don’t know. They send me email back they put my picture on the wall for costumer of the year!? Laughing at me they show how stupid I was.

It took a while to get ETAs (we paid for 4 hour service and didn't get them until after 24 hours). We had to resubmit passport images few times, and we were having to book tickets ASAP. However, the staff had been polite overall.

It finally happened but it took more than five hours to get the visa.They kept rejecting my personal photo and my passport.This was extremely frustrating. I almost decided not to go on my trip because of the difficulty in getting the Australian visa. The New Zealand Visa was a piece of cake
Final docs were sent to my phone NOT to my e-mail and can't print from my phone! Not easy to "correct" info with the provided Upload e-mail address.

I ended up getting my eta approved before they were able to get mine. They didn’t tell me when I applied there was delays and it wasn’t going to be 24 hrs to receive my eta. My application was submitted 3 days ago and they only sent me the approval after I told them I received it already. I think I should have got a refund tbh. Communication was good though.

Someone said that they over charged. Just want to clarify that iVisa.com does NOT OVERCHARGE. You get what you paid for, that’s life. With extremely fast and good results I am willing to pay anything and not getting *!# service that is all over the internet, can’t trust anyone nowadays
As long as this works when I get to Australia, this was infinitely easier than trying to work with the government website, except only for taking an acceptable photo of my passport.

On the application, I wish there was a space for comment or question, like I wanted to know if there was a credit possible for non travelling to Australia in 2020 because Covid-19 hit since I already paid for a visa?

thought it would be extremely difficult and complex. Turned out that even an old dodger with limited experience downloading etc. was able to complete.

What a waste of money! I paid for the 4 hour express and received a declaration with my name on it. The check in could not do anything with that. So I went to ETA app and paid $20 ad got my visa in 10 minutes, and the check in counter had already received it. So... very frustrating.
Don't waste time trying to do it yourself. After going in circles trying to open the ETA android app from Google Play on my phone and computer, several sleepless nights and 2 wine bottles later, I broke down and went to Ivisa. I was approved within one hour. Why did I wait? Don't know but this is where I will go for any future visa needs. Thank you, Ivisa!
Your site is user friendly and easy to complete. I did have a question which was answered promptly
I used IVisa for my Australian visa. There were some issues with my attempting to input some information that was being requested. And it took much longer to get approval than I expected. These two issues were not caused by IVisa but they were really helpful in getting these two issues resolved.Their communication was excellent and they always responded quickly to emails I sent. I will use them for all my visa requirements.

Very prompt review and granting of visa. Had trouble downloading passport to site. Tried numerous times before it went through. All in all, pretty simple execution.
