Generally the system worked well. It took me three times to upload my passport pictures I think primarily because they have glossy pages and glare is hard to avoid. Otherwise all went well.

Mostly quick and expeditious process that streamlined my visa application. Page formats and instructions are clear, concise, and I appreciate that info on one's passport is ported in once the passport is scanned. The only (temporary) challenges with the process were with aligning my phone camera to scan my passport, and avoiding reflections when the passport photo page is laminated and glossy.
I found quite easy to sign in and all the information was there very impressed

I know it is my own fault, but I thought this was the actual Australian ETA App. And, obviously, it is not. If I had realized that, I would not have used it. There were clues that something was off, but they did not register in my mind until I had already paid their fee. I know this is their business, but I think it is somewhat deceptive the way they go about getting clients.

Take into account I'm a senior and new to the tech world,so after many attempts to send attachments I learned on the fly. Now it's the only way to fly. Everything is super easy,just have a 13 year old nearby to guide you
This was my first exposure to your service and it was 10 out of 10. Friendly polite and helpful commentary. Easily understood by an old guy who is not to savvy when it comes to technology. Submitted an application for ETA for my husband and I. The process was easy and we received our approvals within a day.
The process was quick and easy. I had my approval and paperwork in my email within an hour.
I left my ETA until a couple of days before I left for Sydney. The official website repeatedly rejected my scans and photos and ate my application several times without a trace. I turned to iVisa out of desperation and had my ETA within three hours. Something is really wrong with the official website!
Paid for 2 people and have only received Eta visa for one. Will require phone and emails.

Well, choosing an e visa for Australia can be confusing because prices seem to vary and the user interface for online applications is not always user friendly! Well I am new to the world of out of Us travel so I was so so lost. So the first was really easy but I didn’t know about the visa itself so my friends SarahFina helped me thru the rest . The only complaint I have is that I did call and couldn’t get thru. But SarahFina did . It’s a good apt but to a new comer it’s ruff and confusing

Wow ! What a great experience this was ! We were very concerned about getting my Visa approved in time to go on our trip to Australia and we were working with a 3 week window after first applying through the (Royal Caribbean) Australian site and had a “ pending “ status. We were almost ready to cancel our trip based on me getting my Visa approval. I signed up for Ivisa and got approved like in 30 minutes ! Next time “We” need a Visa for visiting another country, “We” will apply through IVISA ! Thank you again !
This process was incredibly simple and easy to navigate! I selected the 24-hour processing option and my ETA was approved and confirmed in less than 1 hour.
Hardest part was to get the passport scan correct. Should tell the applicant that once you have the position correct, the picture is automatically taken. There was no selection for when I needed the VISA, only 4hour or 1 hour. I didn’t need for sixty plus days away.
I have been frustrated by the Australian ETA process and could get NO repeat NO help from any of their "help" services and their embassy here in San Francisco will not even answer the phone and will not take reservations for a meeting unless you are Australian! So I found iVisa and the web and other than a bit of a time to get the photos right - the process was simple, straightforward and a real relief to get my ETA application in and working. All went smoothly until I needed to send a picture of my passport. I sent it numerous times & was told there was a glare on it. After several frustrating tries I got in touch with customer service. Finally, a person by the name of Deyna got involved. She sent me the photo of passport & circled the part that had a glare on it. If this was done the 1st time it would have saved me many frustrating hours. Thank you, Deyna 😉 you were a god send.
