Although iVisa charge quite a lot for their services, they do provide a quick simple way to get through the complex visa application system. My wife needed a visa for Australia and I had used iVisa previously. Once again they made the process painless and very timely. Very clear instructions and quick response time made getting the visa enjoyable.
Quick review to identify any potential issues. Helpful hint, if you have a glass side table or table, place the passport with the necessary information facing up on the underside of the glass and take a picture with your phone. It keeps the passport flat with all of the information easily displayed.

The hardest part of applying for this ETA visa was trying to take the picture.
The visa acquisition was easy! So let me start by thank you for facilitating that. My actual flight time is more than 24 hours from the time I submitted my application but the website would not let me chose the 24 hour option. I was forced to pay more than double for rush - even though it was not necessary.
Keep applicant more updated with the progress of their application and if you cannot process the application in the time frame for which the fee is charged then you should refund the fee unless you highlight at the time when application is filled that the timeframe we are promising is approximate.
Be aware that even though the site was easy to use however, they implied that I needed a New Zealand visa which I found out later that I did not and was charge more than I was quoted. Next time, I will deal directly with the embassy.

There were 2 sections which was confusing. The 2nd section was requesting ans to a few more questions to complete application. Questions were already ans in 1st section. Appears the important info was uploading of my photo & photo of passport.
