They are incredibly fast and very easy to use. In our case, it was worth the fee to avoid using the Australian app, which was very frustrating. Instead, they handhold you through the process and turnaround time (without paying to expedite) was great.

It's a scam! stay away... Visa for Australia they "provide" are fake. There is no record of it in anywhere - you will likely be stopped at the border. I can not believe the amount of "good" reviews here. Scammers these days became so good at their job... Luckily I got my money back through my bank.

I was hesitant to use this company worried about it being a scam due to mixed reviews. We didn’t pay for expediting anything, and we received our visa to Australia within an hour of the application. I doubled checked in Australian govt site and everything looked in order. I am typing this review from Australia so we made it in no issues!
At a certain stage of my application, the screen froze up on me and was unable to retrieve what I had entered. I started again and completed my application and recieved an email confirming that my application was lodged. However now I'm receiving emails stating that my application is incomplete. Now I don't know which application in the system us incomplete? Please could someone help in this regard and reconfirm that my application has been completely lodged? Many thanks.

Super easy and even though I selected the standard 4 day processing, the visas came through same day. Of course until we travel & hand over the visas, there's no way to tell if this was 5*.

The app started off great, scan passport code, 90% of questions auto-fill. Last question ‘Do you have a visa’. click the visa link, answer all the questions, on exit it says you have a already started an application. Click continue and all the scanned answered are gone, back to QnA

iVisa is a total scam and deceiving - charged me USD 23.99 to review the Australian arrival card for tourists. I wanted help with an Australian visa not the arrival card. Impossible to get a refund! The service was excellent. We are senior citizens, not technosavvy. The two options that were provided to send the pictures, documents was great, because it gave us a choice of two, and we only knew how to do one. Easy to follow website. Easy to follow instructions and explanations regarding need for activity to resend, which we had to do several times before we got it right. Would definitely use ivisa again!
I was approved but I still haven't heard if my husband was approved. $143 was deducted from my bank account instead of $47 as was told.
