The picture requirements of the Passport or individual should list the EXACT issue that the reviewer finds not a list of several possible issues.
We were suprised to learn that we needed a visa to visit Austrtralia! After hearing of this requriement, we visit iVisa and were able to enter the desired informaton. A few hours later, we were contacted by iVisa telling us that our application had been approved and could be downloaded for future use. Thanks!

Used to take an hour or more to complete various Visa applications, but for this one (Australia) it took less than 30 minutes.

I was very pleased with how the whole process was handled - very efficient and fast. My only "complaint" is that I was brought to a complete stop when at the end of the form you asked me to add a photo of myself and a picture of one page of my passport. I had to pay someone to help me with that. Perhaps there could be an easier way for seniors like me who are fairly good with computers but not this good.
I paid to have my ETA done within 24 hours, and got it within 2 hours! Awesome 😊
Difficult to figure out what you did wrong when they say documents incomplete. They should tell you what was missing.
I had just received a new passport a day before I was to travel to countries that needed Visas. And was at an airport. iVisa took all my information on-line in an easy manner and got rapid approvals. I would give them 100 stars if I could.

I got my ETA in about 5 hours despite applying for the 24 hour visa. Only took about 10 minutes to apply once I had my passport in hand. My trip is still a month away, but it does give me peace of mind to have this step checked off my list and safely in my email. Thank you!!
- Claimed to be free but ended with payment?? - first time I have had to pay for a Visa in my dozen+visits to my family -Too many personal questions, whereas those regarding my visit would be more constructive.

This was a fast and easy process. However my wife did the same process under a different application and the cost was 30% of what I paid. It seems to me that I had to pay for a 24hr approval. I paid $78US and she paid $20US. She actually received her visa before I did. I would never use this application again unless the costs were changed.
I felt reassured quickly that things were being handled professionally. I was pleasantly surprised at how soon my visa was obtained.
Being a computer illiterate I was very anxious to have to go thru this Travel Visa application process but the IVisa app was extremely easy to navigate. The only problem I had was filming an acceptable photo of my passport..third time made it! Very fast response from IVisa team every step of the way!
As a complete novice to this visa stuff I was very impressed with how easy it was to complete my form. I was even more impressed with how quick they were - less than an hour from applying for my visa, I had printed it out! Well done.
I am 78 years young with limited experience on computers but found this application easy to complete,even though I missed one part of a section initially. whilst the application states it could be days before completion I had my evisa within hours . An excellent service although I found subsequently that with a bit of computer savvy I probably could have saved most of the cost

The Australian gov says we have to use their app to get the 601 visa. Your app shouldn’t be doing it, and charging us. I want my money back.

Having to repeat the procedure three times, since you viewed me as a possession of my spouse and we only succeeded when we used his name and email, no, I am not happy. I was, however, impressed that it took so little time, with the immigration email address (that was very difficult to obtain) and his credentials to receive the email. I will see how successful I am boarding the vessel with this info on Friday.

Easy Peasy! Finally an efficient system for visas. Enter passport photo, vaccine card and they did the rest for the multiple countries we are visiting in an upcoming cruise.
It was a pretty straightforward form to fill out and I had the approval the next day. The only problem I had was it was very difficult to get the passport photos to be accepted. It took us a lot of tries, but everything else was easy.
Process was easy and fast. Answering the right question was briefly confusing.
Easy form to complete and an amazing quick response. Don't touch the Australian Government application form it's far too complicated (19 pages).
Installation of a coloured strip to catch the information at the bottom of the Passport would be very helpful. Instruction was rather vague.
