I answered questions on form for a tourist visa. Was asked for payment which I submitted . Then after paying I was asked to answer questions on page 2.I am a senior and spent days trying to transfer pictures you asked for . You gave a E-mail address to submit photos which I couldnt get to accept photos. this is my last time using IVisa. Robert

We applied under 24 hr visa deadline to Australia. Flight left 27 hours later did not get approved till 20 minutes to departure missed flight horrible customer experience had to resubmit pics 4 times sent 15 e mails all with static answers and excuses. Your reply is inaccurate as it was not completed on time and my arrival date was 27th at 8 am departure date from usa was 25th . And it took 12 emails of prompts.. airlines require 2 hr prior check in and despite all my e mails and assurances you failed to deliver on time.
My daughter in Brisbane arranged for the visa and my flights were booked by her. I received the visa within a few days, and I'm set to go. Thank you for the efficiency with which it was handled.

Had to enter pictures and passport pictures too many times. Also the same information was asked for over and over. Once should be more than sufficient. Whole site is really a kluge. Also very costly. Rather a frustrating experience but it did work and I got the visas within 2 hours just by requesting standard delivery that promised a 2 to 3 day delivery window,
It was good, prompt efficient. Only minor irritant was different people would come on and ask for the same information over and over. But all said and done we will use you again

Poor communication on why photos were not being accepted with different reasons given and took 5 days to get the visa finalized when in should have taken 24 hours based upon what I paid for.
The application for visa was simple and straightforward. The information requested was easy to follow. The cost was significantly lower than another site I had tried using unsuccessfully.
It took forever for you to accept my scanned passport. I tried everything to make it better. Not your fault but Qantas had in fine print that in order to get this one needed to download and use the ETA app for this. That information should have been in big, bold print. It took several days of hitting deadends before I got that. This is my 6th trip to Australia and I've never had so much trouble!
The online application is easy to understand. The timing is normally met. When it takes longer you will get immediate notification. Very good transparency and customer service. I used numerous times for my travels.
I had to scan my passport multiple times before it was accepted. I wasn't given clear instructions of what the problem was. On the positive side, the system was easy to use. When there were issues (which there were), it was easy to communicate by responding to emails and the staff were quick to respond, around the clock.

I hope you can inform travel authorities in different countries that elderly people have a difficult time with new technologies. downloading apps, scan, qr codes i phones are not easy to use when you have health issues like anthrities in your hands, poor eye sights. we use to apply directly on line without any use of apps.

We have rural internet service and pages didn’t load properly. Email documents didn’t come through. Etc etc. what a pain. Might use a travel agent next time to save a TON of stress.
The visa application was easy to do. All the steps to complete the documents are well explained and the request was processed in less than 24 hours.
It was just really frustrating since I never had to do these pictures before for a travel visa.
The application on phone is OK, but I prefer using a personal computer as I make less key stroke errors. Missing from the on-line person computer apllpcation is the ability to take pictures and scan passports. To complete the application I had to take the picture and scan the passport with a phone, send both to my email address, save the documents to the PC, the upload the pictures to the application. The large screen on the personal computer simplies reading.
My Visa was approved in about 15 min! My partners took a few days longer bc he has a new passport that needed to be uploaded. The team was so responsive! I really appreciate the easy of communication. Ty!
