I end up paying. $52 for an entry card when i thought i was sorting out an entry visa, due to confusion on the website.
It was easy and mainly not stressfull. I had time to send you my documents and each time i had a response that you had received it. It was clear to understand.
There is confusing instructions when it comes to taking photo and uploading. Send via email in red letter v/s uploading. I tried emailing and wheel kept rotating for ever . This isn’t right. Uploading photo is what is required and it works fine . There is no need to have email photo instructions. I hope I made it clear. You may call me on [redacted] so I can clarify my confusion.
