Can not get visa for the price shows on the application they only give you visa if u chose Rush applikation... NO OK
It's was difficult to download our photos and other documents. Maybe you are strict about the above matters.
Getting the visas for NZ has not been easy. There’s also a lot of uncertainty in going through the process.

It is especially helpful that during the filling up of the application and interim taking of self photo and scanning of the passport, the on-line step pauses until the requested documents had been submitted by e-mail. The app is convenient and relatively easy to navigate. The only problem is that you spelled my name Oerrick instead of Derrick. Interestingly enough you managed to get it right elsewhere in the document. Will this impact my ability to enter Australia?

I don't know what is going on. I follow the instructions exactly like the supplied instructions and it gets rejected. Not only that but the rejected shows the wrong picture for the person. Shows my picture for the wifes. Then I put in the same proper picture for the wife and it gets rejected again. This has happened for both Australia and New Zealand. Frustrating experience and I'm too old to get Frustrated!!!!
Well, even though I paid for the two hour service, my visa wasn’t granted until over 48 hours later. There were too many requests asking about Information I had submitted several prior. The chat service basically gives you automated responses. They do respond promptly but sometimes their emails are automated as well. I’m giving them 5 stars because I was actually able to secure my visa in time for my trip, so kudos there!!!!
The site was fairly easy to navigate. I did NOT like that you pay before finishing the application, nor the fact that all the fees are not disclosed until the end.

The process is clear and efficient. Getting the photos of ourselves and our passports isn’t easy but we got through it. One of the problems is that Canadian passports have a shiny film over the key pages so you get a glare when your try to photograph them. Some suggestions for avoiding the glare would be useful.
