I feel like I am getting different answers all the time from different ppl and I have now wasted 3 weeks waiting for a proper response, now jeopardizing the visa of my husband.
I have been told that I should not have been charged for this service. Also I will be on a cruise ship from Sydney Australia traveling to New Zealand. Do I need a visa for New Zealand as well? I’m flying into Sydney from the United States. Again I was told this was supposed to be a free service. Can you explain why I paid over $80. Thank you
It was good that I could fill online. Didn’t like the questions particularly for my wife- once I said her occupation is house wife, I didn’t have to say what company, company address etc
I applied online for my visa ..a little concerned at the short notice ,however an hour after applying I received an email to say my passport scan was unacceptable...I sent again and a couple of hours later my visa was granted ...brilliant service and highly recommended..

These people charged me $65 for a visa that I then realised is a free visa from the Australian govt website, this should be illegal.
real quick response when filling out application, especially when I loaded a bad photo with a glare. I took another picture and loaded on their email( responding to needing a better photo). The response was less than 10 minutes with a completed email visa from the gov't ready to print
IVisa has made planning our 5 month trip throughout Southeast Asia so much easier!! We’ve needed several visas and the process is so simple with iVisa. Plus if I do have questions I email them and get a response very quickly.
The ETA was issued 20 minutes after I pressed “SEND”. Made my flight to the USA and subsequently to Australia. Good job folks. Next time I will save $250 and register 5 days earlier.

I had difficulty in taking the appropriate pictures. My printer was not good enough. The camera on my phone did not have the high resolution needed. In the I used an iPad.

after waiting what seemed like forever for my US passport (even w/ expediting), it was such a pleasant surprise when only after a few hours of filling out their online application, did iVisa have my Australian visa sent to me. I am not the most skilled person using phones, scanning photos, posting etc. I feared not being able to do this and being in a country with very little english speaking people, I did not know who could help me. I filled out the forms and was quite proud of myself for that. But how do I get a photo and scan my passport? And send it? I asked the owner of the hotel for help and he did my photos and sent them for me. But the photos were not acceptable for a few reasons. The owner recommended a photograph shop just a 35 minute walk away. Using my phone for GPS, I located the shop and they took my photos, scanned my passport and emailed them to me, while I waited. Still, how was I going to send them? I stopped at a restaurant on my way back and as I waited for my lunch, I could hear two men about 40, talking perfect english. I went to their table and within a few seconds, my pictures were sent. Within 2 hours I received my approval. I am so happy. Thank you and thank you to the man who helped me get it done. Now I can relax and enjoy my next few weeks without worry....
Easy to understand website that worked well with QR codes to make it easy to load photos. Fast processing too! Quicker than the 24 hr promise.
Actually, your online application system is a little difficult to deal with because the system tells you some of the fields are not completed even though I sent the email. However, it is more than made up by your customer service support.
Spammed their way into the site I searched for. Ended up on the wrong app and they would not process until we paid for the rushed amount. Fees were hundreds instead of $20bucks.
The quickness in the processing and receiving. Suggestion is to make the Visa's good for 1 year from the date of entry of the country you're needing the visa. Instead of the purchase date. Had I paid attention to my present visa I would've waited to a closer date of my trip to request/purchase.
realtively easy interface - super quick approval. $81 is a very high cost visa. - this is why not 5 stars

I thought it was very good it was a smooth process. It was also quick and easy when you have all the requirements.
The feedback on refusal of uploaded photos was inadequate. I was refused several times when I could see what was wrong.

The process for obtaining a visa was fast and easy. I strongly recommend this service.
Using this service was somewhat cumbersome. The payment process was initiated and completed first and I was then booted out, no application process followed. I was made to re-enter the system to complete my application. Per the instructions I was to answer a question about whether or not I have a criminal history. I don’t. That question was never asked during my application process?
The four of us showed up to the airport not realizing we needed a visa to enter Australia. With these guys' easy forms, expedited service, personal concierge, and on-to-of-it service, they managed to pull it off in 45mins! We got our boarding passes with 4 mins to spare...they saved our trip!!!

Very easy to use. Was able to follow along very quickly and easily. The whole process was very smooth. However, I did get an email also while I was completing the iPhone application to completion and was not sure what to do with that email that indicated that my application need to be completed. I ignored the email. Not sure I still have an incomplete application in the works.
My visa was granted so quickly, thank you! The only thing that happened was my app froze on my phone and I had to complete the application on my desktop computer at work. Otherwise everything was easy.
