Submitted my application for Australian visa. Paid my money, then I kept getting the same response to send in a photo of my passport. I resent it about 5 times, kept receiving the same response,so I reached out to your representatives. Via email as suggested. May I say this was definitely a disconnect. Messaging or one on one phone calls may work better.
IVisa makes the visa application process very simple. My experience required a little more info after the initial application and IVisa was very responsive to help compete the process. Great experience and superb customer service.
It was pretty easy, until I came to the passport picture taking. I did not understand scanning the document. The instructions should have said, use the camera on phone or iPad.
It took me about 15 minutes to do the whole process! Excellent. I did struggle a wee bit trying to take a selfie ( display was sideways?? ) but ….. I’m 81 so it was probably just me! Otherwise the process was VERY easy & was approved in about 30 minutes!! How do you do that!? Thank you.

This is an amazing, easy, efficient App. I am travelling to Exmouth Australia for the 2023 Solar Eclipse. The AU government website and online application was not very well reviewed by users. And the estimated time to receive your Visa was weeks (or months!!). So I decided to try iVisa instead. Worth the reasonable fee, and my Visa was approved within hours. Wow.

I was not aware of the need for Visa for Australia- not flagged by airline or travel agent until checking in ant anurport for the flight. Australian govt website - extremely prolonged. iVISA to the rescue. Expedited process was spot on. They made the process super easy.

This is the 3rd time I’ve used Ivisa. I feel it’s costly but it’s worth it. Dealing with them is the only way to go for me totally stress free. I usually receive my visa within 2 days this time it took an hour.
I had purchased the 1 hour turnaround service. But unfortunately the entire process took about 3 hours. I was asked to resubmit my passport photo and selfie multiple times. The most frustrating part of it was that there is no direct chat (as advertised on the website) or a phone line I can call. All communications were done through email. Overall not a very good experience.
I am not computer savy. the directions were easy to follow. It was great to see someone from your service was there in case I needed help. The appilication is not approved yet. If needed I will call.

I found the process easy to use. The videos which show what was wanted were very helpful. I got immediate feedback and was able to comply with the requested changes quickly. After I made the changes the official approval came promptly.

I found the web site confusing. I made one mistake and mistyped my email. I could not figure out how to correct this. Then I decided to start over but then the web site thought that I was applying for two different visas and the price doubled. I then wrote to the help line. I did get a response right away. In fact I got multiple responses and some of them were contradictory. But eventually I did get the visa, though I had to scan my passport multiple times. The whole process was far from easy. It should be easier to make corrections or just terminate an application and start over.
