User friendly website along with quick notification/approval process. My passport photo had to be rescanned. I was notified of the issue post haste shortly after I submitted my application. I corrected the my error, resubmitted and received my approval later within 90 minutes.

Your system is a little glitchy and it took me a long time to get the application done but your support system was excellent and eventually everything worked!

I had a lot of problems with my visa to Australia. I had several errors and the application seemed not allow me to fix any errors despite saying I could not move on without fixing errors. After reaching out to the visa team I had many automated 'robot' messages that were not helpful and frustrating and did not answer my questions. However, when I was able to get in contact with specific people from ivisa, I was able to fix my application quickly, which I appreciate from the friendly visa team. I just wish I could have been able to talk to a real person right away in my first email.
I applied for a tourist visa August 2, 2022 And still not issued….seriously? I’m 73 , married to a dual citizen Aus/US and my tourist visa is a problem???

The cost was very high to process this. $20.00 for the legitimate costs of the government. More than 50 for you to push some buttons. That is why you didn't get 5 stars.

Although the website is very redundant it is easy to use, very easy to scan passports, and we were approved in an amazingly short amount of time. Thankyou so much for your support.
The first part of the app was easy to complete. The hard part is the photo section. It's a little confusing as it's not clearly delineated as to where the photo goes since it looks like there are two places for the photo.
Web site extremely difficult to navigate. Had to use my sisters i phone to complete application. Could not do it on my smart phone. Difficult to get picture taken. Kept rejecting my husband's photo saying he was smiling. He was not. Just took a long time to get thru process

It was cheaper to use Android application. It took you directly to the Australian gov site and their site didn't lock up as IVisa did. However, it did get the job done effeciently.
Great! Much easier to use than the New Zealand site and very prompt responses!

It required 4-5 passport scans to finally be approved. While the processing of the phots are adequate the acceptance was not.

The visa to Australia took very long time because of covid and Australian government. I ask iVisa a lot of times about that but got not any help. I had to check with Australian immigration site to get information. I had been more satisfied if I only had direct contact with the immigration!

The passport scanning process went blank while attempting to scan. It took an additional day to get my passport scanning problem resolved.
