Pls refer to my first [redacted], I did not notice that, being a Canadian passport holder, can apply for Australia ETA until I was later informed by your ivisa Support that the Travel Declaration need to wait to process on May 26, 2022 only. I felt that your customer service team should give immediate advice to me to apply for Australia ETA which is the better choice for me. After I realized that I can apply for Australia ETA, I requested to convert my application with the payment that I made earlier. But I did not receive a favorable consideration from ivisa Support. Truly I feel quite disappointed on this matter. However, I am happy with my second [redacted] for obtaining the speedy approval.

This is such a lie! It is for DPD and was not advertised as such! The DPD is FOC and immediate - done via DPD app and they charged RM300!
Poor handling of my eVisa to Australia. I received 02 mails 1) Approved and 2) Not Approved. The process was poorly completed and so badly managed. I have been following asking if any other supporting documents but answer was straight No and the eVisa was rejected. The process was handled very poorly with 2 notices creating confusion and shows the flaws in the system of Visa processing. I have 02 mails and want a full refund include my visa fees. The agents handling the live chat are junior staff with zero experience or proper trainings. If you check the logs . Agent Borris who handled my chat was not even sure I was on rush and said mine was standard application visa . The 2nd agent Hanna clarified and said I am.in rush services The whole process was a mess and poorly handled. I would like a full refund including my visa fees as well for the careless management of my case and the flaws and disaster Customer Experience.
If there had been zero star rating available I would have chosen this. The whole experience using iVisa was a disaster from start to finish. I will not be using this company again and would not recommend anyone to use. They fails to deliver the service that I paid for at an extremely stressful time, though a family emergency, which I was helpless to support. I cannot put into words the emotion and sheer lack of empathy or humility shown by this company.
Had some problems with the passport photo when downloading but after a few times resending it was approved. They do respond back with your emails immediately which was a very good thing

It is very hard to process my Australian Visa Application. I have no idea why you changed my wife's middle to U. The passport clearly shows its a J.
I read Australia ETA application related info page and go on to the ‘Apply now’ button at the bottom of the same page, paid SGD86+, end up only realised the application is for DPD not for ETA. That was very misleading and confusing!
