I made an error and emailed customer support to remedy. I followed up with the requested items and have not heard back in days with my flight fast approaching. I think the service is legit, so I reapplied, but it made me a little wary of the responsiveness if you need them.

Nobody told us that we needed visa to go to Australia for a holiday as British Citizens this has not been previously required. My wife missed her flight for this reason as you took to long to issue the visa. The visa was applied for on the 10th Dec and it says that she must not enter after the 10th which is impossible as she only leaves south Africa on 11th and arrives on the 12th. Altogether a nightmare of an experience. No wonder you guys cant play rugby!

Applied for tourist visa to visit my family. Paid money. Was impressed with how quickly it was processed ...until I realised they had put it through as a working visa. When I contacted them, they assured me it is for tourism purposes only, even though it states "working" on the visa type. Have decided to cancel my travel plans to see my family in Australia as a result so I don't end up on Border Security TV show.
paid extra dollars to have it done in 4 hours, was sent an email after delay expired that it would take longer and started panicking (even if the email did say don't panic...) but great timely feedback from the team and all good in the end, just know that it can take a bit longer than expected

I didn't need any assistance to apply for my ETA for Australia but when I googled to apply for it, I mistakenly did so with iVisa.com because they had "arranged" for their entry to be above the official one and made it sound as if they were the official point of application. Thus I paid a service fee for something which I was more than capable of doing without assistance. I admit it was an easy process and I received my ETA after a few hours but I resent being fooled into making my application with them. Message to others: Make sure you are on the official website for entry into Australia at the uninflated rate.

I was asked to pay US$20 for the Visa. According to the travel website 20 Australian dollars are required. Which one is correct? I am a Canadian citizen travelling from Canada to Australia

Would be more * BUT spent 15 mins trying to sort application. In the end found it doesn’t work with IE10 !! Changed to Chrome and all ok. Might be worth a note saying doesn’t work with IE 10z
