This is honestly the best customer service that I have ever seen. I just realized I had the wrong passport number for my Australia ETA and my flight was just the second day, but they managed to solve my issue in just few hours. I'm really grateful that I didn't need to cancel my flight. Like I said, this deserves a 5 star.

They really did a good job. This was my 2nd time using. My first was a trip to India from the US, they did a good job in a tiny fashion. This trip was to the Australia. Since it was my 2nd time using them they upgraded my processing to 4hr with no extra charge. I got it in an hour.
Having started to panic when the eVisitor visa for Australia hadn't come through iVisa came up trumps by sorting me an ETA in less than 30 minutes. Now i just need to pack!
My husband on first tries, failed to get the address typed in. It kept defaulting to the state in stead of street address My attempt next day, no problem. Nice to have them in hand now.
Otherwise i had no problems but because of "delay" i got the visa only less than 10 hours prior the supposed flight even though i applied for this visa nearly a week ago. But luckily i got it on time!

I found the process of asking for a Visa the best that I’ve ever tried without success. I managed with ivisa.com.
While fairly quick the email sent with the link asks for a login and password. Not a clear process for keeping a copy electronically on a device.

Generally good I was just puzzled when I needed to input a valid work start and work end dates for my 2yo and 5yo children. Not sure if it's an UX issue on iVisa side, or maybe some weird requirement for Australian authorities
I am very impressed with the service accorded by iVisa.com. Because of an emergency, i needed a visa within an hour. I recieved the visa yesterday. 6 days to late. At least, i‘ve got the 50$ „fast service fee“ back. But the 20$ are just waste.

I was a bit disappointed at the beginning for waiting almost 24 hours but after i asked the chat online,it didnt take more than 10 mins, my application has approved. This is why i gave 5 excellent star.
Easy to use and efficient but I paid $70 for a 1 hour visa and it took 6 hours.
To be very honest - you guys are a rip-off! You charged me $100 CDN for a rush one-hour visa when would have been charged $43 CDN for a 10 MINUTE APPROVAL form the Australian Immigration website! You should be ashamed of yourselves!!!
