First it said it was failed also on the normal website it is for free and I just found out my passport in not valid anymore so I need to get a new one :(

iVisa quick and easy at cost.. Then found government link got my partner to apply which took for ever through link to link . But was free.. glad I chose iVisa cos I'm lazy..
Very easy process and much cheaper than going through the company chosen by my cruise. I wish the charges were made clear before I had to give my credit card information.
Ok, my opinion of iVisa has gone down in my estimation in 48 hours. I had to repeatedly go on chat to ask them for reassurance about my husband's visa. It was not correctly worded. They kept saying it was. Then they said they had sent me a replacement visa in an email. No, I never received it. It took 48n hours for them to realize it had not been sent. Not only that, they had taken the 20$ it cost me out of my bank to do this and said they would send me a link. No link appeared. So I went ahead and paid for a new visa which was not granted because there was one already in the system for Australia. So again 20$ dollars was owing to me from Saturday. You claim to sort out queries and refunds promptly. I asked on Monday, has the refund been paid? I was assured it had and would back it up in an email. No, it hadn't. An hour later I was notified that it was sent to my bank. Funny that. Lack of communication. A lot of unnecessary worry for me over this visa problem when all it needed was for you to give me the link for the 20$ to be paid and the paperwork for the corrected visa to be sent. Not good enough.
The process should allow multiple travellers to apply at the same time (i.e. husband and wife). The application should reveal the cost prior to requesting payment (it's just good manners ;-)>

It took much longer time than 30 minutes for rush order as said, almost 2 hours instead of 30 mins. I realise the problem after I spoke to help center. Fortunately I found this help otherwise I must miss my flight with lot of financial concerning to booking and paid all hotels, car hire, etc. He is very helpful, nice and try to calm me down. I believe it will be much nicer if you contact me back right after 30 mins if you have doubt and ask for more information instead of letting me wait hopelessly and nervously. I know that it is also my fault but we can fix it if you inform instead of letting me find my own way as a senior panick due to the flight is turning their clock.
After trying another visa site, which was pages full of questions & which took nearly a couple of hours, wanting me to send & down load documents passport driving license etc, was far too expensive! I found ivisa, on line, it was so quick and efficient, they let me know with in a couple of hours that our visas had been approved, which were also very cheap, so was very happy with them 😃 would recommend them.

Out of the options offered, I chose your express service which was to take 30 minutes. As I was at the airport checkin I naturally believed what you stated and expected the visa within 30 minutes. End of the story I miss my flight, which means I have missed a very important business event.
I applied for a visa and received the approval almost immediately. I am more than satisfied for the excellent service.
fast and easy application process. However, you cannot select the date to commence the visa validity, as the date used defaults to the date the visa is approved. The online chat agents are not too helpful. I asked a question 3 times and still did not receive an acceptable answer. They kept giving answers to questions I'd not even asked.

Just wish there was a lower rating than 1 star put in for an eVisitor visa to get into Sydney Australia as my airline never advised me I needed one I sat in transit and purchased one online from this company iVisa.com I purchased the express 60 min approval for $70 I waited and waited but no contact went onto online team to see what was going on they said it was an estimated time can take longer they will keep me informed every step of the way and that was the last I heard from them contacted the team again after 24 hours they got it done in 2 minutes so to my understanding they had my visa ready but never sent it or forgot to send it absolutely appalling service would not recommend to anyone can’t stress that enough

I have used the service for the second time, incredibly easy to use and so fast. For example, if you have forgotten to renew your visa, before your trip, you might be lucky enough to get them at the airport before you take off, it is my own experience as this organization is able to get you a visa within 60min. I am Czech and I needed an Australian visa while in New Zealand.

This was a quick and easy way to obtain a visa for Australia. The only confusion was that the site stated it was free, the visa was, but there was an administration fee of £17.11, which was only noted when the application was almost completed. However, the visa was received within 48 hours.

The simplicity of the process was good however I was disappointed to be charged $20 to make amendment to my year of birth. I didn't receive a order confirmation and when I checked you had a incorrect email, however all the promotional emails came to the correct address.

Easy to use the online system, and it integrates with your airline app, so you can check in online once your visa is approved. Australian ETA only lasts for one year, so renew a couple of days before you travel, so you can purchase the cheaper option.
