WOW! Five days before we are scheduled to leave, panic sets in when I realize we needed visas. Application took 5 minutes to complete. Received visas within the hour. And the cost is phenomenally reasonable!

The system itself is easy enough, though you could look at the NZ app which uses scan technology to scan the passport and thus fill in most of the data we need to give through the PC interface. I also regret the need for an iVisa and the expenses incurred.

I had good experience with iVisa when I applied ETA. So this time I used this site to help my husband to apply his ETA. It was a last minute rush and I was worried if it can be processed in time. Being anxious, I had live chat to ask many questions. iVisa live chat person looked into and tried to address my needs, and at the same time email me of the updates. The responses from live chat was fast and to the point. The emails were sent promptly. And each step, including tracking record, is user friendly, Even when I forgot my password, it did not take long to reset so that I can proceed with the current application.
I don't normally do reviews but this was such an easy process it needs to be shared. The site was so clear and comprehensive and the visa was emailed to me the same day.
Applying for the visa was easy with clear instructions. I do find, however, the cost frustrating. Don't misunderstand me, I have no problem with paying for someone to do something, but £17.50 to process a free visa in a captive market where the rules dictate you must have said visa I think is a little steep. But it is what it is, the visa came through super fast (which I did not expect) and the service cannot be faulted.

4 stars for an Eta visa for Australia that I didn't think I needed. It was close but they got the job done. It was not within 30 minutes as promised for the "super rush", but at least they had a US number I could call to follow up which I did when the 30 minutes passed. Took a few minutes to get through but when I did, the lady said it would be handled within 20 minutes of that. It was 25 minutes, so it was very close, but they got the job done and I made my flight.
Bad customer service. A mistake was made on my visa and when I contacted support they were quite rude, and said I'd need to redo the visa and pay the full amount again.

I originally was going to give this service 1 star!! However with the Help of Jessa S! I will rate as 4! I did this on my mobile phone and used the info already stored in my phone! Received my Visas to find my middle name Missing!! So I had to reprocess my visa and pay Again! But in many ways, My Fault! 😡 But Now thanks to Jessa and the team we atr now Set 4 Oz!! 😎✈👍
