I applied for business visa on 5/08/2019. When checking on the status today, I found out that additional information is needed. I emailed to iVisa and got an immediate response from Jessa Sulcadito that a scan copy of my passport is needed for processing. I immediately sent the copy as requested and Jessa responded that the application is being processed. I am impressed with the quick response from Jessa and her support provided.

Ivisa was superb, processing my Australian e-visa within 4 hours and not charging any fee, other than the required USD 20 administration fee. I literally was scrambling to get my Dad's Visa for an emergency family situation. My uncle from Australia passed away and so we bought my Dad a ticket to fly into Sydney within 2 days and on the last day before his flight, I remembered we had to get a visa or ETA to enter Australia from a past visit years ago. The ETA application online through Australian embassy is easy and cheaper but I didn't want to take a chance for any delay or worse a rejected application so I looked around for a trusted company to expedite the process. I chose this one because of the positive reviews and I recall using them to acquire an India visa a few years ago. I came across some hurdles because I didn't have the right passport number when I filled out the application so this slowed down the process a bit more. The email communication was prompt and helpful. Georgie was the rep who helped me and got the application rolling and correcting my mistakes. It only took a few minutes to get approved after they turned in all the needed documents which in my case was a copy of the passport just to verify the details. Therefore, highly recommend IVisa for emergency or convenience. They are safe, reliable and can get your Visa fast!!!
