My wife and I had applied for a vIsa to Australia and it looked a straightforward case, both of us being French Nationals. For some unknown reason, she got it but mine was rejected! That was incomprehensible and hard to bear. Weeks later, using the Help facility at iVisa, I had a chat on-line and the personnel there was very helpful and thorough, giving me hope again. I reapplied, was given immediate attention and had my visa approved in less than a day! I'm so thankful, they've been great!

Paid 70 USD for the 30 minute service because I'm disorganized and was about to check in for my flight. Took 53 minutes and I had to chase up with their support team - good support but poor delivery to expectations.

For some reason it never dawned on me that being Canadian , I would need a Visa for Australia. When I did realize, it was about 3 hours before my flight . I paid for the expedited (30-minute) service and did not receive a visa for 3 hours. This cause my wife and I to miss our flight and to incur additional charges for a flight change of $1000 (USD).

A complete waste of time and money! I have waited for five days without any news from iVisa, before contacting directly an official government website of Australia... which granted me my evisitor in 5 minutes AND without paying anything,... No thanks for the whole stress your site caused me. I won't use it probably.. Despite that, the team contacted me to talk about my problem so it does compensate a little.
It’s unbelievable how fast my so-called “free” ETA was processed. It is quite ironic that the minimum compulsory service fee I paid was all that was required for such prompt service.... why would anyone choose pay the more expensive options??
