I don't think the service should be advertised as 2 hours if it's going to take longer than 2 hours. I almost missed my flight because of the delay. I also paid for 2 hour service. I don't feel I got what I paid for.
I bought the visa and it came to me withing minutes. Good start. Arrived at the airport and there was no visa associated with the passport. This left us having to reapply etc. etc. We ultimately got a visa through a different route and made our way. I contacted customer (Kustomer) service who, after a number of back and forth emails, asked me to send proof of the other visa. Before I did this, however, I received an email from the quality manager who had looked into it himself and seen that the visa had been assigned to the wrong nationality. He took care of the problem as best as was possible and if I could rate him I would rate 5 stars.

I used iVisa in kuala lumpur with one hour to go. I couldnt board the flight to Sydney. I had overlooked getting an Australa visa due to a misunderstanding. Free wi-fi, my cellphone and credit card got me a speedy visa. Phew. This time I had plenty of time and used my laptop. Its great being able to check that you DO have the visa on the same website. Process went very well. The request for a passport screenshot should be included in the initial form, rather than sent later.
Instructions are pretty clear. Buttons are friendly to use. The waiting time is also short. Perfect!

Oh my gosh! It took less time for my ETA to process with IVISA than the 6 times I unsuccessfully attempted to complete the visa process on the Au.gov website. Huzzah!
My ETA for Australia got approved in about 36 hours. I think it should be instant but as far as iVisa is concerned, there support was prompt and immediate

Very poor service and communication with iVisa. Waited for 1 month to receive my eVisa to Australia. I had to follow up directly everything myself and call the government to keep checking on my visa. Even when my visa was granted, I wasn't informed about it by iVisa team. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!! SCAM!!!

I had a very easy hassel free experience in getting my Australian Visa. I have used their service before and will use them again.
We paid $200 for expedited service. It didn't get expedited and the company lied about when we had submitted it, even though I have a time-stamped invoice. Came within a hair of missing my flight and had to rush with my two toddlers through the airport and beg staff to let us through.

The way to download the ETA is not immediately obvious. Better to show the download button without the need to extend the menu choice.
The website was saying I could get a Visa in 72 hours with extra charge and the Visa came one week after, one hour before the boarding of the plane. They have said I am not eligible for ETA and I got ETA from another agency in 20 minutes. No more words,.I am talking with my lawyers about a legal action,
The error that was made was corrected immediately through online chat. We had a good experience.
Premium 2 hour service: Costs USD50, and supposed to take 2 hours. It doesn't. After 2hours 15minutes with the status not even changing, I tried to contact them. Of course there is no phone number to call with a real person. So online chat is the only option. Was told "it's in progress". I asked what does that mean, and when can I expect it. Didn't get a response. No apologies, no explanation. They finally sent an email after 3 hours saying " we are experiencing high volume of work so there is a delay". I received the visa within about 3 1/2 hours, but I'm quite sure only because I contacted them about it. It's either a 2 hour service they offer after taking your USD50, or it isn't. So definitely only a 1 star service because I didn't get what I paid for.
Didn't receive an email confirmation, but after logging on to check Visa Status, everything appears to be in order. If however I am not allowed into the country I'm travelling to because of Visa issues, my 5 star review will change haha!
