I paid £105 for an emergency visa for Australia Received e mail to say it would be confirmed within 14 minutes When I landed in Singapore 2 hours later, there was still no visa Had to pay a further $50 for another emergency visa through Singapore Airlines Very stressful experience and a waste of £105 !!

Good to have a preview of the name on visa before submission. There has been a confusion over the first name, last name and surname. Due to different nationalities and ethnic groups, some of us may have our surname as the first name, others having as the last name.
Customer service rectified the situation promptly with a refund of the 1/2hr service and an explanation, which I’m greaful for, well done ivisa. Paid for 1/2hr service and it took over an hour almost missed my flight.

Ready piecey. Applied for my Australian visa. No glitches at all. Wish I knew about them when I applied for my Brazilian visa. I had to go back to the embassy four times. It was right in downtown and they only open two hours a day and I lived an hour and a half drive from downtown.

I tried one of the competitors to this site and found their communication terrible, contact points hidden and service slower. This was so much better. I even spoke to online chat who gave me a rapid and helpful response. Most others don’t have that afaik

Can't beat perfect! I had a question before I started the application, called the customer service number and with a very minimal wait got my question answered. Very quick turn around and I received the visa via email (less than 2 hours).
We couldn’t process my husband visa because they showed that he was still in Australia! We were in Australia April 10,2017to get on the Radiance of the Sea for a 8 day cruise ,got off in Sydney on the 18th of April and got on the Explorer of the Sea on the 22nd of April, 2017 heading back to Seattle Washington arriving there on May 17, 2017. For some unknown reason, they totally missed the fact that my husband got on the ship with me.Now we are still fighting to get that resolved so that we can try again to get his visitor visa,because we are going back to Sydney for a cruise on Mar. 23 2019 which goes to New Zealand on the Radiance of the Sea and ending up in Vancouver on the 17th of May. But we can’t unless they fix the problem,so we can reapply for his visa. At this point in time we need some more help to get this resolved. I reapplied for an Australian visitor visa for My husband again on Jan 27 at the advise of Gorge Rodrequiz and it came back denied. I called ivisa back and after waiting 20 minutes I was told by a representative that there was nothing that you could do for me and my money was returned! He then told me that the only thing that we could do was to drive for 7 hours to the nearest embassy here in Tx and talk to them! Not the kind of help that I needed and when I asked him for the phone number for the embassy in Houston,Tx, he hung up on me! That’s the kind of help that I received!

no people available on the phone. have tried the UK and Australien number. the email with the visa never arrived, luckily i could download from the website. however, they delivered what they promissed! got the visa within 40 minutes!
All seemed ok but at the airport it turned out that the visa was spelt correctly on the confirmation that they sent me but not on the electronic version. Luckily the Australian force were willing to look past one spelling mistake. I have updated this review as the company has refunded the service charge showing at least they care about the mistake they made! Very happy with the swiftness of their response.

I paid for the 2 hour Australian ETA because I needed the visa confirmed as soon as possible. However, iVisa attached the visa of another applicant for another country to my account, which (1) caused me considerable distress because I believed that I had been scammed; and (2) was a breach of privacy for the other applicant. However, when I emailed iVisa, they responded quite quickly and were able to attach the proper ETA to my passport. Unfortunately, they only assigned the ETA electronically to my passport, instead of providing me with an ETA number, which caused significant confusion at the airport. In the end, the flight company was able to verify my visa and I was able to fly, but not without much distress.

Helped me out of a tight spot at the airport. Quick and efficient.
We applied for a super quick visa and paid the fee (58 GBP or 300 RM) for a sub-30min turnaround as we were already at the airport. After 90 mins we still didn’t receive the visa so managed to buy one immediately from the Malaysia airlines counter for 30RM and then received the email from ivisa approx 1hr 20mins after we had already left. I look forward to receiving a full refund at your earliest convenience as I would have missed my business class flight if I had relied on your service.
Having paid extra for the super fast 30 minute turn around my visa took 1 hour and 48 minutes so I wouldn't recommend relying on this if you turn up to the airport and need the visa that instant. Fortunately I had a few hours contingency but it was quite a stressful experience with the IM taking an hour to reply at first and the phone lines saying they were all busy. UPDATE - They have since refunded my fee as they missed the super fast processing. At least I'm flying tonight!!
