Application was processed quickly got both ETAs approved in 1 day!!!! A little bit of delay with customer service but that's understandable with the holidays and lots of people traveling.
A short delay, but we were warned and still much quicker and better communication than the government site. Yet to travel and use the Visa though, hopefully the transit and arrival works just as smoothly.
No problem I asked for a Visa for my wife and myself for OZ and received with no problems. Can't ask for more.
Amazing Experience. I had 24 hours to get a visa and although I was skeptical I was out of options really. I paid for the 30 min rush and although it took longer than 30 mins I managed to get help from the chat messenger to process the order for me. I would suggest planning ahead but you live and learn!

I was unaware of the requirement for a visa. Once appraised of the requirement, I went for the rush service (30 minutes) as my flight was due to depart within 2 and a half hours. After 30 minutes no ETA visa. Tried using the chat facility. Took over 15 minutes to respond. Pressed for service and they eventually achieved the ETA. Made flight with seconds to spare. Upset that it was advertised as 30 minute service and cost extra money but did not materialize in the time stated. Poor marketing. There should be a refund.

will not ever recommend it to anyone - took too long - the virgin desk in LAX apparently offers it in 20 minutes , - cost too much - 70USD when the virgin desk in LAX apparently offers it for 20 USD - the website stayed in "received application" without moving to the other categories - i got the email more than 30 minutes after paying for it - and yet the delta desk still could not issue the boarding pass for another ten minutes. Awful

Easy to follow at first but bought into addons before I realised it. Waiting on documents. Able to track the documents to be processed. Although visa is free. The service is expensive.

Easy as 1-2-3. Tried iVisa after the government application site could not process my application. iVisa promised a 24 hour turn-around; and did it in half the time!
I hadn't realised that this wasn't the official VISA site for the Australian govt. So a little bit sneaky I thought. But I got my VISA, hence the three stars. It just cost me three times what it should have done.

It seems like a lot of money to enter Australia when most first world countries don’t charge anything. $57.98 for two adults seems like a lot to me. When we visited a couple of years ago I thought $20 each was a lot! The website worked well. There was a request for more money for something else but at least that was optional.

Need more communication, though very smooth and easy process but it was not clear what was happening after submitting application to grant of visa. It will be good to check online the status of the application/visa.

Wow, really good customer service. I had some problems with my original visa applications through the aussie Gov web page, and from there I couldn't get any help at all. iVisa saved me and was really easy to get hold of when I needed them!
It was easy,my issue is i need the refence no. When i traled last year to australia i need to show them my eta and the referance no.im very concerned about this i paid to much money for my ticket tp see my family dueing the holidays.to have problems with my eta
