I paid to receive my visa in 30 minutes and it took 47 minutes so I missed my flight. I was waiting for my visa at the check in counter of the airport. It was urgent, this is why I took this service. The new ticket for my flight leaving today cost me an extra $1200 CAD and a night at the hotel in Sydney because I didn’t get there in time and it was not refundable.

It took three tries to get it. The procedure is confusing as it appears there are many sites that are doing this as a business and attach an additional fee. I did not know which were business sites and which one was a government site. I still do not know who I was dealing with a government or business site. Needs lots of improvement to eliminate this confusion and the opportunists.
When is system promted me for a password, system did not let me instead it showed the suggested strong word and and I believe used that. I do not know what that was or how to reset password. Wolfgang wiemer

I found it a little bit confusing trying to determine the fee for service. But otherwise, short and easy to follow.
This was one of the easiest applications I have ever completed and "Electronic Visa" was electronically attached to Passport and "Print copy" available within 6 minutes of completing the online application.
Advice to company: Its fine that you delayed getting us our 24 hour iVisa due to our need for it not being as pressing as others. But when you assure we will receive a 24 hour turn around, and yet don't follow through for many days, you are inadvertantly sewing seeds of discontent, mistrust and worry needlessly. A simple email to express the low priority you have given to our application due to it not beeing needed for some months, followed by a realistic turn-around timeframe eases any of that worry and restores trust and peace. It is a simple thing to do right.
Applied for Australian travel visa and arrived in a couple of days. Great service and cost was much less than other sites offer the same service. Highly recommend iVisa.
Visa document did not have a grant ref number I spent all day on live chat request for this but got nothing. I have requested a refund as I’m unsure this is legitimate. If they had provided what I had requested this would have been a different review however the customer service is really poor anyway. Since posting this review I have received correspondence from the director of customer services who has both apologised and refunded the fee. Therefore I can only amend the review in fairness to his prompt response and outcome.

I was travelling through Indonesia to Australia when I realised I needed a holiday visa to get into the country!!! Well first I felt a little 'spooked' as I received an email from you saying I had completed my application but didn't submit it! But you did offer a discount on the follow up. I also wondered if you were legit. Not because you wouldn't be but I have never used the internet to receive a visa. And there seem to be lots of sites when you look it up. It is indicated in ivisa’s website that acquiring visa takes only 24 hours without problem. It took almost 4 weeks before I received my visa. According to the person I was chatting with, since our departure will be on December, our application will be forwarded to the Australian embassy on the 2nd week of October because there are many applicants. I applied for visa early so I can buy my tickets asap so it will not be too expensive. However, the person handling our application is not aware of it and just wanting to delay my visa application. It is discouraging to be threated that way.

Site works okay and I got my visa but you charge 20 US DOLLARS rather than $20 AUS as the Dept of Immigration and Border Protection does. I have used their site in the past to get my ETAs and this time mistakenly ended up on your page. I won't make that costly mistake again.

There are so many companies out there giving this service, I found some did not take an Irish passport. This company was easy to use, very straightforward and I had my Visa back within 12 hours. Price reasonable too, 18 euro, some company charge more. Would recommend.
Horrible experience!! I applied for Austrlia ETA for my UK passport. It was Friday morning, and I I needed to travel by Saturday night. I choose the 2 hr fast-track service. Keyed in all the details and did a screen print, just before I submitted. The visa was approved in the afternoon. As I was rushing with printing of presentations and booking of flights, I only notice on Friday night before midnight that the gender on my ETA was showing Female, vs my submission of "Male". I contacted them through chat (which seemed to be always busy or the person not very responsive, emails and calling the UK and US hotlines). I reached someone around 1.30am and he told me he was refer my case and get back to me. They sent me a corrected ETA around lunchtime Saturday, but then I spotted that they had missed of the passport expiry date. It's so unprofessional and poor service. It seems for fast track service, there is MANUAL handling of the visa applications which results in these errors. This was a horrifying experience, Imagine if I had flown 9hrs from to Sydney to be rejected by Australian Border Control, just because one detail was incorrect or missing from my Visa submission by iVisa?!
