Too long to process We applied for 1 hr eta and my friend had his before me which mean I miss flight and must buy new ticket and extra hotel he is now in Australia without me Not good Maybe nice if you refund the admin fee At least That is why I paid the fast track! Thanks

Got asked to provide extra information, but information requested was already filled in the original form. Even after re-confirming information, got asked to scan and send passport pictures, which again contained the exact same information as initially provided in the form. This resulted in a process that exceeded the 24h advertised, for no good reason that I can see. I got the visas I ordered in the end, but the process was more annoying than it needed to be for the price I paid. [edit] After I wrote this review, things took a bad turn. As I tried to check-in for my flight, I got denied on ground that my visa was invalid. Turns out there was a mistake in my name, even after all the steps described above. iVisa did get me a new valid visa within a few hours, but I got lucky that I tried to check-in online early in advance or I would have missed my flight. I had my Visa on time but my partner did not and now he could not board the flight and we have ended up being split and I am In Sydney and he is not. We are outraged and this has ruined our trip thanks to lack of organised staff at ivisa.

We paid for the 1hour service, and our visas took nearly three hours to come through. Don’t bother going through this website - the Australia Gov. issue visas pretty quickly (mine came through immediately), and it was completely free.
I would have given this 5 stars but the choices for delivery of my ETA, i.e 24hrs/$20, 4hrs/$50 made me feel that I better choose the quicker option just in case since my travel is just under 24hrs from now. Then I got my ETA within 20 minutes, which is great, but the suggestion that the cheaper one would take up to 24hrs led me to take the more expensive, faster, and safer option. Anyway, overall it's an easy system to use.
I paid $70 and waited an hour because I mistakenly chose your website rather than the one provided by the AU gov which charges only $20 and 5 times faster. (my colleagues were able to make their flight) Feeling scammed.

When I arrived at the airport for my flight to Brisbane I was informed that my visa was only valid for a day, not sufficient time to take my holiday in Australia. My travel agent had arranged by visa which should have run well into 2020. I was therefore forced to apply for another visa resulting in me nearly missing my plane. The wait at the airport was long & stressful unnecessarily so. The staff were forced to speed things up by telephoning Canberra office to get the process speeded up. I would dearly love to know what went wrong.
Issued wrong visa. Asked for Tourist ETA you issued Business. No telephone number to contact. Not even coming on chat. Also generated 5 applications and charged my credit card. Vere disappointed

Name on my visa incorrect. Asked in email to contact someone immediately if this happens but only point of contact appears to be a webchat, and at 10.30pm at night his does not appear to be active.
Your service induce me an error, asking my middle and first name when it is not what is written in my passport. Besides, in Portuguese, middle names also includes family names. So if you are not able to offer the proper service to different nationalities, just do not do it. This service must be taken seriously because it envolves relations between countries. It is an operation of a public service, but a very disappointing one.
