Incredibly easy, intuitive website to use to quickly enter and process application. The normal 24-hour Australia ETA was delivered within a few hours. Brilliant service.
I paid extra for the 1hr processing fee, as I needed the visa within an hour. The visa came in 1h 37m so we missed our flight. Check-in staff, everyone was waiting to rush us through so I got on the messaging system to ask if there was any chance of it being processed, or could I at least have an ETA, all I was told was 'your application is being procesed'.
Poor feedback, poor feedback on on-line chat. No-one to pick on the phone in India and UK. Overall a bad experience, although they did try to push in the end. So at least thanks for that even a little late.

We freaked out when we learned at the gate we needed a visa for travel to Australia. The online speed of getting one approved calmed us down and got us onboard.
Requested copy of passport 24 hours after submitting application. If you need a copy to process the ETA request user upload when they apply. Not impressed.
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I felt robbed of $70 as I didn’t realise yours was a third party service and I could have got this got free. The respond saying that you wouldn’t get the same service from the Australian government but this isn’t true. The Airline is used went on the Government website when they knew I used the ivisa and they got the ETA quicker than ivisa at no cost. Ivisa are scammers who prey on tired and confused travellers to rob them of their money when all they do is transfer details to a government site which anyone can access. PLEASE BE WARNED as I don’t want others to fall in to this trap and cost themselves money unnecessarily.
Use this service whatever it costs. It will save you much panic!

Left hanging dry with visa application. The 1h and the 4h service don’t really exists. I booked 4h service and waited for more than 24h. So if in a hurry only use official government services or other reliable companies with a good reputation. Extremely disappointing. The visa got miracly delivered when I intervened for the second time and asked about status update.

Paid for super fast processing of 1 hour but it took over 2 hours. Got to airport half hour after process complete but the Air Canada ticket agent had not received the electronic confirmation. We gave them our printout copy and barely managed to make our flight from YYJ to YVR.

Application for eVisitor visas to Australia. I would highly recommend ivisa as they kept me informed every step of the way from submission of application , to processing and approval of eVisitors visas..
