I spent hours online Spanish did not make it easy. In the end cancelled original form and started a new one. I think there was a time limit before you could book in. ? 72hrs before flight. Plus ? A break down of which drug was used when inoculated. My advice at 70 + and limited computing skills. Pay at let iVisa do the work. 5 Star. IT WAS NOT EASY TO FILL IN THESE FORMS FOR TRAVEL, BUT MANAGED TO GET THE FORM FOR SPAIN PRINTED, FOUND IT VERY DIFFICULT BUT SO MUCH TIME TAKEN REGARDING THE FILLING IN OF DETAILS ECT, YOU CANNOT GET TO THE PRINTING OF THE FORM. I COULD NOT GET OFF THE PASSENGER LOCATOR FORM OFF MY FRIRNDS PRINTER , THESE FORMS ARE A BIT DIFFICULT TO OBTAIN. THANKS ANYWAY FOR YOUR HELP UNDER THESE CIRCUMSTANCES.
