UK citizens need a visa or travel authorization to enter Sri Lanka. Sri Lanka is not visa-free for UK passport holders, so approval must be obtained before traveling.

The Business ETA also usually allows a stay of up to 30 days and must be obtained before departure. The approved Business ETA should be printed and presented on arrival.
